Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING: If you need to cancel or reschedule your skin care service appointment, I kindly request that you provide me with a 24-hour advance notice to avoid paying late cancellation fee. If you fail to notify me within the 24-hour window, you will be subject to a 50% service charge due to the inconvenience that the slot could've been booked with another client.
NO CALL, NO SHOW: If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged a 100% service inconvenience fee. In the event in which you are running late, there will be a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes without communication, your scheduled appointment will be considered a "NO CALL, NO SHOW," and your card on file will be charged 100% of the service booked. After 3 "NO SHOW" appointments, I may no longer service you.
